3.1 The “Perfect Step” Guarantee

At KadamKouture.store, we understand that a shoe must feel right to be right. Our “Perfect Step Covenant” is designed to eliminate the anxiety of online shoe shopping. We provide a structured, transparent, and fair process for ensuring every “Kadam” you take is in the right size and style.

3.2 Eligibility for Size Exchange & Returns

  • The 7-Day Fitting Trial: Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate an exchange.
  • The “Sole Integrity” Rule: To be eligible for exchange, shoes must be in “New” condition. We strictly advise trying on your new KadamKouture shoes on a clean, carpeted surface. Shoes with scuffed soles, creased leather (from prolonged walking), or missing original luxury packaging will be ineligible for return.
  • Hygienic Standards: For socks or certain inner-soles, returns are strictly prohibited due to health and safety regulations within the Pakistan territory.

3.3 The Refund & Reversal Protocol

  • Manufacturing Defects: If a shoe exhibits a structural failure (e.g., sole separation or hardware breakage) within 15 days of purchase, we offer a Full Refund or a Free Replacement.
  • Change of Choice: For “Change of Mind” or “Change of Style,” we provide Store Credit Vouchers (valid for 365 days). This allows the customer to wait for a new collection or choose a different category (e.g., switching from Boots to Loafers).
  • The “Clearance” Exception: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are sold at highly subsidized rates and are ineligible for refunds, though size exchanges may be permitted subject to stock availability.
